TouchPoint founder Matthew Arnold and Managing Director Craig Winnett each bring well in excess of 20 years experience designing, developing and managing innovative loyalty marketing programmes for leading 5 star hotel properties across Australia, Europe and Asia including Hilton, Starwood, IHG and Four Seasons.

Matthew is a permanent resident of Hong Kong, is President of the leading hotel industry association SKAL International Hong Kong, and is uncompromisingly hands-on with all aspects of TouchPoint operations.

Craig is a permanent resident of Singapore, and in the capacity of Managing Director, oversees the development of Singapore and emerging markets across Asia.
